We aim to ship out your order as soon as possible. Definitely within 5 working days.
-Why is shipping so expensive?
We're shipping out from the Netherlands. While we do ship out globally, shipping rates are not cheap.
Safe and reliable shipping is crucial.
-Will you offer any restocks or preorders?
Restocks are boring, and preorders take too long. The average delivery
time for any style is at least 7 months, and we don't want you to wait
that long for your order.
-Do you offer wholesale?
No. All Dionic hats are exclusive to this webshop.
Are you open to concepts/collabs?
Generally speaking, no. We might collab with other brands from time to time, but that is entirely up to us.
How do I figure out my size?
The easiest option is to go to a retailer that carries fitted hats and try one on.

My hat fits weird, can I return it?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, you are free to return it.
We only ask that you notify us
within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping expenses will not be
refunded. We are located in the Netherlands, so you'll have to ship your
hat back to us yourself.
